Pajeon and Makgeolli Set

Pajeon is a savory pancake dish made from a batter of eggs, wheat flour, rice flour, spring onion, and often other ingredients depending on the variety. Beef, pork, kimchi, shellfish, and other seafood are mostly used. It pairs amazingly with Makgeolli, a Korean rice wine with a creamy taste and is traditionally drunk from a bowl.
